Humana Military (TriCare Prime/Select) -

​

   Contact Humana Military(TriCare) about ABA services at: (866)323-7155. Most ABA services will require a referral from your PCM.

 

 

Humana-

 

   Questions about preauthorization for behavioral health services may be directed to Humana's commercial customer service line at 1(800)448-6262 or the Medicare customer service line at 1(800)457-4708. Assistance is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time.

 

 

 

North Carolina Medicaid-

 

     Medicaid behavioral health services are managed by Local Management Entities-Managed Care Organizations (LME-MCOs). Behavioral Health Services for Cumberland County are managed by Alliance Health, while Behavioral Health Services for Hoke County and Moore County are managed by Sandhills. Your PCP can coordinate services with your LME-MCO.  The phone number for the 24 hour access and information line for Alliance is 1(800)510-9132 and 1(800)256-2452 for Sandhills.

 

 

Cigna-

     

    Contact Cigna Member services using the number on your Member ID for details specific to your coverage or call 1(800)433-5768 for general information. Some Cigna plans may require Pre-Authorization for services for covered individuals with diagnoses on the Autism spectrum.
